NMFS Seeks Comments on Marine Mammal Authorization for Bremerton Ferry Terminal Project

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is requesting public comments on a proposal to allow the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Ferries Division to incidentally harass small numbers of marine mammals, including six species, during the construction of a new wingwall at the Bremerton ferry terminal in Washington State, with the authorization set to last for one year.
