NMFS Seeks Comments on Proposal to Authorize Marine Mammal Take at Mukilteo Ferry Terminal

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is requesting public comments on a proposal to allow the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to incidentally harass small numbers of marine mammals during the construction of the Mukilteo Multimodal Ferry Terminal in Washington state for a period of one year.
