Preliminary Determination of Prestressed Concrete Steel Rail Tie Wire from Thailand

The US Department of Commerce has found that prestressed concrete steel rail tie wire from Thailand is likely to be sold in the US at a price higher than its fair market value, and has postponed its final decision until 135 days after the preliminary determination is published in the Federal Register.
