Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value of Prestressed Concrete Steel Rail Tie Wire from Mexico

The US Department of Commerce has found that Mexico is selling prestressed concrete steel rail tie wire in the US at a price lower than what it costs to produce it, and has postponed its final decision on the matter until 135 days after the preliminary determination is published in the Federal Register.
