Reapportionment of Pacific Whiting Under Magnuson-Stevens Act
The Magnuson-Stevens Act provisions for the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery have been updated to reallocate 30,000 metric tons of Pacific whiting from tribal allocations to non-tribal commercial fishery allocations, aiming to maximize the utilization of the resource.
