US Updates Export Administration Regulations with New Legal Authority
The US government has updated the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to include new legal authority citations from five Presidential notices, extending emergencies declared under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, without altering any rights or obligations under the regulations.
