US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Subsidies on Indian Oil Tubular Goods
The US Department of Commerce has found that Indian producers of oil tubular goods are receiving subsidies, and has initiated an investigation into these subsidies. The investigation covers the period from January 1, 2012, to December 31, 2012.
