Import Administration; Change of Agency Name for Supplies for Use in Emergency Relief Work

The Department of Commerce changed the name of the Import Administration to Enforcement and Compliance, effective October 1, 2013, and made conforming changes to the regulations. The new name preserves all actions taken under the Import Administration and allows for references to be made to Enforcement and Compliance.
