U.S. Navy Training and Testing Activities in Hawaii-Southern California Study Area to be Regulated Under Marine Mammal Protection Act

The National Marine Fisheries Service is issuing regulations to govern the unintentional taking of marine mammals during U.S. Navy training and testing activities in the Hawaii-Southern California Training and Testing Study Area from December 2013 through December 2018.
