NMFS Extends Comment Period for Draft Amendment 7 to 2006 Consolidated Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has extended the public comment period for Draft Amendment 7 to the 2006 Consolidated Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan due to the complexity of the proposed measures and the government shutdown in 2013, allowing interested members of the public to submit verbal comments through a public hearing conference call and webinar.
