Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review of German Lightweight Thermal Paper

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on lightweight thermal paper from Germany, covering the period from November 1, 2011, to October 31, 2012. Preliminary results show that the paper was sold at prices above normal value, and the company Papierfabrik August Koehler SE has taken over the operations of its predecessor, Papierfabrik August Koehler AG.
