US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Dutch CMC Imports
The US Department of Commerce has announced the final results of an antidumping duty review on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) imports from the Netherlands. The review found that Akzo Nobel and CP Kelco were selling the product at below normal value prices.
