Exempt Chemical Preparations Under the Controlled Substances Act: Update and Corrections

The Drug Enforcement Administration has accepted and approved or denied applications for exempt chemical preparations received between July 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, and published an updated list of exempt preparations through March 31, 2026, correcting errors from a previous notice.
