NYSE Files Proposed Rule Change to Update Rules and Adopt FINRA Guidance

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to update several NYSE rules in line with changes to existing rules and incorporate guidance from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. The proposed rule change will take effect immediately.
