NYSE Approves Rule Changes to Delete Rules 95(c) and (d) for NYSE and NYSE MKT

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NYSE MKT LLC have approved proposed rule changes to delete rules 95(c) and (d) for equities, effective on a date to be determined, as part of a self-regulatory organization's efforts to streamline its rules and improve market efficiency.
