NYSE MKT LLC and Other Exchanges File Amendment to Plan for Regulatory Responsibilities

NYSE MKT LLC, along with other exchanges including BATS Exchange, Inc., BOX Options Exchange LLC, and the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated, has filed an amendment to their plan for allocating regulatory responsibilities, which has been approved by Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. and NASDAQ OMX BX, Inc., NASDAQ OMX PHLX, Inc., Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC, and Topaz Exchange, LLC.
