NYSE Arca Filing Proposed Rule Change to Update Market Order Trading Collar Calculation

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend NYSE Arca Equities Rule 7.31(a)(2) to specify that the exchange will use the last official closing price to calculate the market order trading collar if there is no consolidated last sale price on a given trading day.
