SEC Re-Opens Comment Period for Proposed Amendments to Regulation D, Form D and Rule 156

The Securities and Exchange Commission is extending the comment period for proposed changes to Regulation D, Form D, and Rule 156, allowing more time for public input on the proposed amendments, which were first issued on July 10, 2013.
