NYSE MKT LLC Filing for Rule Change to Allocate Complex Orders to Specialist Pool and Directed Order Market Makers

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change to amend Rule 980NY, which would require the specialist pool and directed order market makers to receive execution allocations of incoming electronic complex orders and complex order auction eligible orders in accordance with the guaranteed participation provision of Rule 964NY(c)(2)(B), without any exceptions.
