NYSE Arca, Inc. Seeks Approval to Charge Routing Fees on Penny Pilot Issues

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to apply routing fees to penny pilot issues on the NYSE Arca Options exchange, effective immediately.
