Horizons ETFs Management (USA) LLC and Horizons ETF Trust Seek Approval for New Trading Rules

Horizons ETFs Management (USA) LLC and Horizons ETF Trust have submitted a request to the regulatory body to permit the creation of new trading rules that would allow for the issuance of shares redeemable in large quantities, secondary market transactions at negotiated prices, delayed redemption payments, and cross-deposits between affiliated parties, as well as the acquisition of shares by external investment companies.
