New York Stock Exchange LLC Filing: Proposed Rule Change to Exclude Odd Lot Transactions from Consolidated Average Daily Volume Calculations

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to temporarily exclude odd lot transactions from consolidated average daily volume calculations for certain transaction pricing on the exchange, effective through January 31, 2014.
