NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Exempt Odd Lot Transactions from Consolidated Average Daily Volume Calculations

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to temporarily exclude odd lot transactions from consolidated average daily volume calculations for certain transaction pricing on the exchange, effective through January 31, 2014.
