EPA Withdraws Plan to Remove Hipps Road Landfill from National Priorities List

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its plan to remove the Hipps Road Landfill from the National Priorities List due to an administrative error. The EPA will re-publish a Notice of Intent to Delete once the error is corrected and required documents are added to the Federal Document Management System (FDMS).
