EPA Proposes Determinations of Failure to Attain One-Hour Ozone Standard in California

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that three areas in California did not meet the one-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard by their respective deadlines. The areas in question are the Los Angeles-South Coast Air Basin Area, the San Joaquin Valley Area, and the Southeast Desert Modified Air Quality Maintenance Area.
