EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for San Joaquin Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD), which will regulate volatile organic compound emissions from animal facilities and waste operations.
