Ohio Seeks Final EPA Approval for Revised Hazardous Waste Management Program

The state of Ohio has submitted its application to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for final authorization of its revised hazardous waste management program, which aligns with federal requirements under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
