EPA Proposes Approval of California's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan for San Joaquin Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve California's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards in the San Joaquin Valley.
