TRICARE; Continued Health Care Benefit Program Expansion

The Department of Defense has finalized a rule expanding eligibility for the Continued Health Care Benefit Program (CHCBP) to include all Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries who would otherwise lose coverage, regardless of their eligibility for Reserve Component (RC) coverage. The updated rule simplifies the eligibility process and clarifies administrative procedures.
