Oregon Receives Final Approval for Underground Storage Tank Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted final approval to the State of Oregon's underground storage tank program for petroleum and hazardous substances, following a review of its application under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
