EPA Withdraws Deletion Notice for Port Arthur Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its Notice of Intent to Delete the State Marine of Port Arthur (SMPA) Superfund Site from the National Priorities List due to a lack of concurrence from the EPA's headquarters, and will re-publish the notice once headquarters approval is received.
