EPA Withdraws Deletion Notice for Port Arthur Superfund Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its plan to remove the State Marine of Port Arthur (SMPA) Superfund Site from the National Priorities List due to a procedural error, as the required concurrence from headquarters was not obtained before publishing the deletion notices in the Federal Register.
