EPA Proposes Approval of New York's Enhanced Inspection and Maintenance Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revised State Implementation Plan for New York, which aims to enhance the state's motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program to meet Clean Air Act requirements and maintain national air quality standards.
