Program Requirement Revisions Related to the Public Water System Supervision Programs for the State of Rhode Island and the State of Vermont

The State of Rhode Island and the State of Vermont are revising their Public Water System Supervision programs to meet the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act. EPA has determined that Rhode Island's revised programs are no less stringent than federal regulations, and intends to approve the revisions.
