EPA Withdraws Deletion Notice for Palmer Barge Line Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its Notice of Intent to Delete the Palmer Barge Line (PBL) Superfund Site from the National Priorities List due to a lack of concurrence from the EPA's Headquarters, as required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act. The EPA will re-publish a revised Notice of Intent to Delete once Headquarters concurrence is received.
