EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule on Plating and Polishing Area Source Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn a direct final rule amending the area source standards for plating and polishing area sources, following an adverse comment, and instead is issuing a final rule that clarifies the emission control requirements for this category.
