Availability of Draft Framework for U.S.-Mexico Environmental Program: Border 2020

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Mexico's Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT) are announcing the availability of the draft document for the Border 2020: U.S.-Mexico Environmental Program, a bi-national, eight-year environmental program for the U.S.-Mexico border region. The EPA is seeking public comments on the draft framework.
