TRICARE Sanction Authority for Third-Party Billing Agents: Proposed Rule

The proposed rule would grant the Director of TRICARE Management Activity the authority to sanction third-party billing agents for fraud or abuse, allowing for exclusion or suspension from the TRICARE program.
