TRICARE Eligibility Changes Under National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010

The Department of the Department of Defense is proposing a rule to implement a change in TRICARE eligibility for certain disabled beneficiaries under the age of 65, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010. This change allows these beneficiaries to maintain TRICARE coverage retroactively, while still requiring enrollment in Medicare Part B for future months.
