DoD Issues Final Rule for U.S. Government Fuel Cards in Defense Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense is issuing a final rule to allow the use of U.S. Government fuel cards for fuel, oil, and refueling-related items, replacing the need for a Purchase Order-Invoice-Voucher for purchases below the simplified acquisition threshold.
