DoD Issues Final Rule to Update Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) in response to changes in the Code of Federal Regulations, updating annual representations and certifications for federal contractors.
