DoD Issues Final Rule on Contractor Technical Data Validation Requirements

The US Department of Defense is publishing a final rule to implement new regulations related to the validation of contractors' and subcontractors' technical data and computer software restrictions, as mandated by the FY 2007 and 2008 National Defense Authorization Act.
