DoD Issues Final Rule on Multiyear Contracting under DFARS

The Department of Defense (DoD) is updating and clarifying the requirements for multiyear contracting through a final rule amendment to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), in response to a 2009 case (DFARS Case 2009-D026).
