EPA Approves Delaware State Implementation Plan Revision to Include Nitrogen Oxides as Ozone Precursor

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that adds nitrogen oxides (NOx) as a precursor to ozone, in line with the Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements for preventing significant deterioration in PSD areas.
