National Hispanic Heritage Month Observed in the United States in 2011

The U.S. government officially recognized National Hispanic Heritage Month in 2011, a celebration honoring the contributions and culture of Hispanic Americans, from September 15 to October 15, as designated by Public Law 106-580.
