EPA Proposes Partial Approval and Disapproval of North Dakota's Regional Haze Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove a revision to North Dakota's State Implementation Plan (SIP) addressing regional haze, which aims to prevent future and remedy existing impairment of visibility in mandatory Class I areas caused by emissions of air pollutants.
