U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for US 17 and Market Street Corridor Improvements

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is releasing a draft environmental impact statement for proposed improvements to the US 17 and Market Street corridor in North Carolina, funded by the state, which will assess the potential environmental effects of the project starting from Military Cutoff Road in New Hanover County to north of Hampstead along US 17 in Pender County.
