EPA Approves Maryland's Transportation Conformity Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Maryland's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which establishes transportation conformity regulations, as a direct final rule without prior proposal, citing a lack of anticipated adverse comments.
