EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County, New Mexico State Implementation Plan, which modifies the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program to establish emission thresholds for determining which new stationary sources and modification projects are subject to permitting requirements for greenhouse gas emissions.
