EPA Issues Regulation to Amend Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule for Electronics Manufacturing

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is introducing changes to its Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule for the largest semiconductor manufacturing facilities, allowing them to use default emission factors for calculating emissions and extending deadlines for using best available monitoring methods.
